After being an elementary school classroom teacher for 9 years, Nesa knew something else was calling her. She loved working with kids and realized that her soul lit up when she was able to sit down with a child 1:1 and support them in their learning. She wanted to be able to cultivate that moment of connection and the synergy that can only take place when there is the time and place to be present while a child makes new connections and discoveries. Thus, her new career was born. Nesa loves the creative, complicated, and curious puzzle that comprises each child. And she enjoys solving that puzzle WITH the child; as partners working together to find a solution, not as an outsider fixing a problem. Nesa's approach is always student centered and evolves flexibly around each child and family.
